Aluminium circle sheet has become an indispensable part in the production of cookware, lighting reflective covers and ring-pull cans. After repeated punching the round flat circles become cylindrical bodies of target products. The sheet is correspondingly classified into various types based on application: aluminium circle for cookware, lamp parts, reflectors etc. For manufacturers of such products, purchasing top quality aluminium circle sheets is undoubtedly a crucial step in fabricating superior products. Then how to judge the quality of the sheet in purchasing process?
You should focus at least on three factors: raw material, processing effect and price. Aluminium plate for superior aluminium circle sheets must meet relative national requirements in thickness, strength and anodized film quality. The thickness should be above 1.2mm, and that of anodized film 10um. The tensile strength must reach 157N per square millimeter, and yielding strength 108N. Any aluminum circle discs inconsistent with the standards mentioned should be regarded as disqualified. Circles of good processing effect are featured by high precision and smooth edges. In contrast, inferior discs are of random alloys and rough processing. The milling process is even be replaced by saw cutting. If the two factors above are too complicated to distinguish, price is another reliable judging standard. Generally speaking, superior aluminium discs are around 30% more expensive than inferior ones. There are so many small manufacturers in China who have no idea about complex properties of different alloys and temperatures. They simply aim to reduce cost in selecting raw materials. Inevitably inferior materials take place of superior ones. This directly results in trouble in further manufacturing.
