Anodised Aluminium Coils

The anodised aluminium coils made by Haomei Aluminum mainly use 5005 and 5052 aluminum coil, high-grade anodized aluminum coil is continuously produced by anodizing automatic production line of aluminum coil plate, with large output and good quality. Anodized aluminum coil is an aluminum processed product that requires high performance and surface quality. Due to strict requirements on surface cleanliness and flatness, anodized aluminum coil must be cleaned and straightened. High requirements are placed on the tension leveling production line:

1, There should be no more than 2mm waves within 1m of the plate shape;

2, Thickness tolerance is ±0.01mm;

3, The surface of anodised aluminium coils is not allowed to have chromatic aberration, oil spots, imprints, scratches, sticking, orange peel, aluminum ash and other defects that affect the appearance quality of the surface;

4, The end face of the coil is flat, without ruffles;

5, Therefore, the existing domestically designed and manufactured tension leveling production lines can basically not meet the needs.
