Color coated aluminum painted coil

Haomei color coated aluminum painted coil is of alloy 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3105, 5052, 5754 or 8011. Its thickness ranges from 0.08mm to 5mm, and width up to 2650mm. Coils Core Diameters include 150mm ,405mm, 505mm, 508mm and 510mm. The PVDF coating thickness is over 25micron, and PE coating over 18micron. The color standard is high, less than E2, totally not obvious by eyeballing. The pencil hardness of the coil is over 2HB. The coating adhesive of Haomei color coated aluminum coil is not lower than the first grade, and the coil has no crack under the pressure of 50kg/cm, following the standard of ASTMD-2794:1993. The T bend reaches 2T, and the boiling point test 99 degrees. The corrosive test is carried out by placing the surface of the coil deep in the 5% muriatic acid and 5% NaCL, indoor deep in the 2% muriatic acid and 2% NaCL for after 48 hours. As a result, there’s no change of either color or the surface quality.

The colors of the coil can be customized, or named on the RAL/PARTON card. Or you can simply send color samples and we will make the exact color. If you need PE coating, the coil is usually coated by one 18um thick layer. If you need PVDF coating, there will be two layers of coating, altogether 25um. The applications of color coated aluminium painted coils fall on four scopes. The first is outdoor applications, including curtain wall board, facades, solar collector, shutter doors, aluminum composite panel, roofing, gutter etc. The second is indoor fields, such as wall cladding, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and balconies, blinds, shutter doors, aluminum spacer and so on. The third is the advertising industry. The coils are made into display platforms, signboards, fascia and shop fronts,license plate/name plate, channel letter etc. The last is transportation. Trailers, tanks and containers can be made of painted aluminum coil. This not only reduces a vehicle’s weight, but also make it more beautiful and durable.
