How to distinguish quality of aluminum plate

First, identify through the observation, hand touch of aluminum plate surface and words.

1. The genuine aluminum plate is made of high quality raw materials, with high process precision, smooth surface and inner surface, smooth and free of miscellaneous spots; while the fake and inferior aluminum plate products are relatively poor.

3. The wall thickness of the genuine aluminum plastic pipe and the aluminum strip is even, and the aluminum plate is closely combined. The quality and thickness of the pipe and the aluminum strip can meet the relevant national standards. However, the wall thickness deviation of the fake products is large, the aluminum sheet is thin, and the gap between the joints of the aluminum plate is large.

Second, burn

Use open fire to ignite the 6061 aluminum plate. The real aluminum plate is welded by ultrasonic lap welding or mainly by hydrogen arc welding, and its interface is quite close. The aluminum sheet will not fall off after it is ignited by open fire. However, fake and inferior aluminum profile and other combination pipes are not welded due to its aluminum sheet no welding, so its interface is not tight, aluminum sheet will fall off after ignition.

Third, cut

The 5052 aluminum plate is cut into ribbon shape by means of pipe shears, and the aluminum plate layer and PE layer are separated by hand. The real aluminum plate is a five-layer composite structure, and its aluminum layer is closely bonded with PE layer, so it is difficult to separate the aluminum plate layer from PE layer by hand. The fake and inferior products are easy to peel off and fall off due to cutting down on production.

Four, inspect

Small pressure pump is used to test the pressure resistance of aluminum plate. The blasting pressure of the real aluminum plate is high, which can meet or exceed the requirements of the relevant national standards. However, the pressure inside the blasting of fake and inferior products is usually low or even low, so it is difficult to meet the use requirements.
