When the embossed aluminum sheet is just formed and still in a high temperature state, the traction force of the aluminum plate should be increased, and the aluminum plate should be corrected by the top and pressure using the relevant production equipment. It is necessary to set a reasonable aluminum plate stretch rate, not only to ensure the surface quality of the aluminum plate but also to avoid deformation of the aluminum plate.
In the manufacturing process of the aluminum cheaquered plate 5 bar, the aluminum plate will be stretched, and its outer surface will be subjected to a huge force and orange peel-like wrinkles appear. If continuously stretched, the metal layer on the surface of the aluminum plate may be damaged. There may be a break in itself. The thicker the thickness of the aluminum plate, the shorter its length. If the aluminum plate is not stretched or twisted, it can maintain a straight state. In order to eliminate such a defect, some easily deformed aluminum plates should be strengthened and repaired. The straightness of the aluminum materials must be paid attention to, and the deformed portions of the aluminum plates and the deformed portions should be removed.
Sometimes the embossed aluminum coil sheet has the disadvantages of loose casting or pores, which will reduce the quality of the aluminum plate. Porosity actually refers to the circular hole formed by the aluminum plate during the production process. When the aluminum material is in a molten state, the aluminum material contains some very saturated gas and some non-metallic particles and impurities, which will hinder the gas from floating up. The air bubbles remain inside the embossed aluminum sheet. In addition, a liquid supply method can be used, which can reduce the time for the aluminum material to stay in the production equipment, and the gas in the production equipment can be smoothly released and decomposed, and the aluminum plate is not mixed with any impurities.
After the alkali etching treatment, the surface of the aluminum cheaquered plate 5 bar will be stained with some alkali etching bath. The cleaning process should not be omitted. Pay attention to the water temperature and the acidity and alkalinity of the water. After washed with water, the aluminum plate will become very beautiful.
