1. Slotting: When slotting with a slotting machine or a boring machine, the cutter with a semi-circular head type larger than 90° should be used. The knives should not be too deep to damage transformer aluminum coil, and should not be too shallow to make the hem difficult to fold. 0.2-0.3MM thick plastic core material is bent together with the aluminum coil to increase strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum coil may break or the paint film may burst when the flange is bent.

2. Arc machining: The machining arc should be processed with special bending equipment, and the force should be applied slowly to make the plate gradually reach the required surface. Do not bend it once.

3. Installation direction: When the same color aluminum coil sale is installed on the same plane, the flow direction should be the same. Otherwise, visual color difference may be created.

4. Conditions of use: The interior wall panel should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure the use effect and service life.

5. Tear film: The protective film should be removed within 45 days after the aluminum coil is installed, otherwise the tear film may be difficult or the phenomenon of glue transfer may occur.

6. Batch: The same model and different batches of plates may have color difference. When selling and using different batches of plates, the procedure of comparing the color difference should be added.

7. Handling: The four sides of the coil should be lifted at the same time. It is strictly prohibited to push and pull, so as to avoid scratching the board surface.

8. Storage: The alloy coil should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and placed on a flat surface. Do not step on or hit it.
