Aluminum alloy materials are particularly prone to top injuries and scratches during stamping production. For the case where the number of projects is not affected, the punching holes are arranged as much as possible in the later engineering punching holes. Even for products with a large number of punching holes, it is considered to do more engineering and punching the punching holes.
It is represented by 6061T6 aluminum plate and mainly contains magnesium and silicon. 6061 aluminum sheet is a cold-processed aluminum forged product suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good usability, excellent interface characteristics, easy coating and good processability. It can be used on low pressure weapons and aircraft joints. It is a kind of alloy with a wide range of promising applications. Now some of the harder molds are made of 2 and 7 series aluminum plates, which have high hardness but are not suitable for cutting. The cost is relatively high. Therefore, more people use 6-series aluminum plates.
