During aluminum strip slitting, the ratio of the thickness of the aluminum strip to the knife seam is determined according to the specifications of the material. The state and thickness of the slitted aluminum strip are different, and the knife seam ratio is also different. For example, the O state is soft, the tearing ratio should be small, and the shear thickness can reach 70%. But the H state is hard, the tearing ratio is large, and the shearing ratio is small, about 30%. The cold rolling mill is rolled into thin aluminum coils of different thicknesses and widths, and then longitudinally slitted into aluminum strip of different widths by a slitting machine according to the purpose. The surface of aluminum strip is smooth and has no traces, and the plate shape is flat. The section is neat, rounded, free of burrs, loose rolls, risers, towers and other defects.
