The checker aluminum plate produced by the formal large factory is exquisite in materials, the surface of the board is bright and clean, the pattern is clear and tidy, the aluminum plate is flat, and the surface is free from defects such as oil, scratches and breaks; and the pattern aluminum plate produced by the small factory is made of scrap aluminum. The surface is dull, the pattern is not clear and not neat, the board surface is not flat, the performance is not up to standard, and the quality is poor.

Third, look at the price. The pattern aluminum plate is divided into pure aluminum and alloy, and the price is naturally different. The processing cost of pattern aluminum plate produced by regular manufacturers is several thousand yuan, the price of alloy is higher than that of pure aluminum, and the price of aluminum plate of regular manufacturers is about 20%-30% higher than that of inferior aluminum plate. When purchasing a company, it is forbidden to buy a substandard product only caring price, and regret it later.

From the production line of the manufacturer to the workshop of the enterprise, there are many links in the middle of packing, loading, transportation, storage and opening.
