3, this line makes full use of the width of the reel and uses the high precision servo motor drive system to reduce the distance between the wafer and edge of the material. It reduces the waste quantity fundamentally and makes the utilization of the raw material more than 80%.

4, the production speed can reach 20-60 pieces per minute, which improves the production efficiency.

5, since modular design is adopted, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes when the deep drawing aluminum circle production specifications are changed. The diameter range of the produced wafer ranges from 85mm to 700mm.
