Advantages of coated aluminum plate: After the aluminum plate is processed by the film, it has certain scratch resistance. For example, due to the soft texture of aluminum during the handling process, slight scratches often occur, which eventually leads to surface flaws, and if the film is filmed, it will be better. The slight processing will not cause this problem. For example, in the process of cutting, bending and other processes, it is recommended to use a foil aluminum plate to ensure a good surface. The aluminum plate with high surface requirements can be directly selected for lamination in the equipment, so that there will be no scratches during packaging and transportation, and the static electricity problem can be effectively avoided.

Disadvantages: the foil aluminum sheet will invisibly increase the cost of the product, because the protective film is charged, and the protective film must be removed after processing, so it is not necessary for the less demanding product, and at the same time, if the storage time is long, it still exists. The protective film is not easily removed or there is residual offset on the board surface. Therefore, the colored anodized aluminum needs to be selected according to actual needs and used reasonably.
