Aluminum alloy plate sheet 5754 h111 is a medium-strength aluminium product of excellent processing ability. As an Al-Mg alloy, 5754 has a lighter weight than 3000 series and a lower hardness than most of the other 5000 alloys. Its magnesium content is less than either 5052 or 5083. Owing to lower hardness, the alloy displays excellent surface processing quality and good tensile strength. Ordinary surface treatment methods for aluminium, such as anodizing, color coating, sanding, blasting, polishing and so on, create outstanding effects in kinds of conditions.
The 5754 h111 aluminum alloy plate sheet has a low hardness, only a little stronger than that of 5754-O. H111 stands for the state obtained by full annealing of an aluminium plate sheet, and then proper work hardening is further employed. The eventual hardness of H111 aluminium is weaker than that of H11. Therefore, the 5754 h111 plate is stronger in hardness and better in mechanical properties than 5754 O. With the strongest hardness in non-heat treated aluminum plates, the 5754 aluminum plate has prominent textile features after being processed in the surface.
