A gutter painted aluminum coil is of 3003 or 3105 alloy, containing manganese featured by good corrosion resistance. Both of the two alloys display excellent forming, welding and corrosion resistant performances. 3003 has more manganese but no magnesium, while 3105 has up to 0.8% magnesium, thus the latter is lighter in weight. The tempers for the coil is H24 or H26, half or three fourths of the full hardness, which guarantees that it can be bent during further processing steps, since all gutters have bent angles. The thickness of the coil ranges between 0.3mm and 0.6mm. Considering the weight and function of a gutter, that is really thin indeed. This demonstrates indirectly the quality of our gutter aluminium coil. The width of the coil is 300mm to 500mm, and coil ID 505mm.
A painted aluminum coil is applied to gutters because of its light weight, outstanding weather resistance, high cost efficiency and strong decorative effect. The gutter coil painted aluminum is much lighter than other metal materials for gutters, which is overwhelmingly advantageous because lightness are crucial to gutters hung against walls. The weather resistance of a gutter aluminum coil painted is excellent, too. Experiment shows that pe painted aluminium coil lasts ten years outdoors, and PVDF coil 30 years. These are enough for gutters, since many houses last only decades. Although gutter aluminum coil is more expensive than other gutter materials by weight, its density is much smaller, and times of gutters could be made. Its cost efficiency is very high in this regard. Painted with any given color you need, painted aluminum gutter coils make gutters more decorative, too.
Haomei has all its painted aluminum gutter coils tested in camber adhesion impacting resistance, coating thickness and bent. Both side are painted with PET. The front coating is 25-28 um thick and back coating 15-18 um. We guarantee performances in bending, welding, punching and service life. Welcome to contact us for a price!
