The raw material of the 1100 aluminum strip is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast aluminum coil, hot rolled aluminum coil, which is rolled into thin aluminum coil of different thickness and width by cold rolling mill, and then longitudinally slit into different widths according to the use. Simply speaking, the aluminum strip is an aluminum deep-processed product formed by aluminum coil slitting. It is an important raw material in industry.

According to the original alloy of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip and the aluminum plate are also divided into 8 series. However, the currently used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series.

According to the annealing state of the 1100 aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can be further divided into full soft (o state) semi-hard (H24) full hard (h18). At present, the most commonly used ones should belong to the all-soft series, because the O-state is easier to stretch and bend.

The investment in aluminum strips continues to heat up, and the consumption of aluminum strips continues to grow steadily. The demand for exterior wall construction and interior decoration, aluminum foil manufacturing, PS plate manufacturing, home appliances, food packaging and other industries has further increased, which has become the main driving force for the growth of aluminum ribbon consumption. At present, the international raw materials for electronic products are no longer purely dependent on copper. For aluminum’s conductivity is only lower than copper, aluminum belt instead of copper belt is becoming a popular trend in the world.
