1060 h14 aluminium strip is a semi-hard belt-type aluminium product with 99.6% aluminium content. With relatively high aluminium content, it boasts good elongation and tensile strength, making it adaptable to stretching, punching and bending processes. In addition, it has a high plasticity, strong corrosion resistance, good conductivity and low hardness. H14 is obtained by work hardening and 50% annealing of an aluminum roll which is to be cold rolled into a thinner roll of wanted thickness. This roll is further slit into strips of given width. 1060 h14, much harder than 1060 O, find its applications in fields out of transformer winding (the main use of 1060 O aluminum strip), including insulating glass frames, curtain hole frames etc.
Haomei supplies h14 1060 aluminium strip of 0.2mm to 4mm thick and 10mm to 1200mm wide. The strip has smooth surface, high brightness, uniform hole penetration, good straightness, no deformation and stable size. While being used for insulation glass frames, the strip can be bent into frames of any shape and angle. It makes the glass combination lighter and more noise proof. At the same time, the service life of aluminium frames are longer, for they are naturally corrosion resistant. If you need stronger corrosion resistance, anodizing process is available. Another popular application of Haomei 1060 h14 aluminum strips proves to be channel letters. In such a case the strips must be anodized or color coated in advance. Haomei has dozens of clients of channel letter aluminium strips in both North and South Americas.
The price of 1060 h14 aluminum strips is a little higher than 1060 aluminum coil, but cheaper than 3003 strips which finds the similar application fields. Welcome to contact Haomei for a specific price!
