Aluminum foil alloy 8011

Aluminum foil alloy 8011 is a universal foil used in household, container, pharmaceutics, air-conditioners, heat sealing and laminate foil rolls etc. The most frequently applied temper is O, and thickness 0.2mm below.

AA8001-O aluminum foil for household application is also known as the single zero foil, for the simple reason that their thickness involves one zero following the radix point. The thickness of household aluminum foil ranges between 0.01mm and 0.2mm, with the recommended thickness of 0.015mm by Haomei. The width is 280mm, 290mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm. Please note that we offer only jumbo roll aluminum household foil of at least 120kg per roll, and you will have to process the roll into small rolls before being sole directly in supermarkets. No small rolls in boxes are available.

Alloy 8011 aluminum foil for containers is of O temper, too. There are two kinds of aluminum container foils: Bare Aluminum Container Foil and Lubricated Aluminum Container Foil. Container rolls are thicker than household ones, from 0.03mm to 0.2mm. The width is 100mm to 1220mm. These are jumbo rolls, too. Please note whether you need bare or lubricated foil when sending an inquiry.

8011 aluminium foil for pharmaceutical uses is of 0.02mm to 0.075mm thick and 200mm to 1700mm wide. Please note that we supply only raw material, no finished products. And please tell us the sealing and printing processes you will use with the foil, so that we will adopt varied processes in production.

8011 O aluminium alloy foil is also used as air-conditioner foil. The foil is 0.09-0.20mm thick, and 200-1400mm wide. We supply the Bare Aluminum Fin Stock and the Hydrophilic Aluminum Fin Stock of Blue/Gold/Black color.

All the specifications above for Aluminum foil alloy 8011 can be of inner diameter 76/152mm, coil weight 150-200kg and packed in wooden cases. For 100kg rolls, 6 rolls are packed in a case, and 3 for 250kg rolls. The bright side is outside, and the matt side inside. If you need both sides to be bright, we can supply that, too.
