8011 zero temper aluminum foil

8011 zero temper aluminum foil refers to 8011-O aluminium foil, the most frequently applied alloy and temper of aluminum foil rolls. The foil has good surface quality, high purity in composition, good in hardness but low in tearing resistance. In particular, it has a high sanitary level and water brush grade, making it an ideal material for both industrial and food applications. The 8011 zero temper aluminum foil is applied to household aluminum foil, pharmaceutical packing, container foil, air conditioner foil etc.

The thickness of the foil differs from each other based on applications. The household 8011 foil is usually 0.015mm thick, known as the single zero aluminium foil. The container foil is thicker, ranging from 0.03mm to 0.2mm. The pharmaceutical foil is 0.02mm to 0.075mm thick, thicker than household aluminum foil. The air conditioner foil is the thickest, beginning with 0.09mm. The width of the foil varies from application to application, too. The household zero temper 8011 aluminum foil is 280mm to 600mm, container foil 100mm to 1200mm, pharmaceutic foil 200mm to 1700mm and air conditioner foil 200mm to 1400mm. Whatever thickness, width and application the foil is of, its inner diameter is 76mm or 152mm. And the packing methods are similar, too.

The price for zero temper 8011 aluminum foil is relatively stable, ranging between $2650 to $3000 per metric ton.
